摘要: An experiment to investigate the natural circulation of cryogenic liquid has been performed. The study is motivated mainly by our recent development cooling system for prototype superconducting cyclotron without any circulating pump. In loop system, a channel attached on outer surface aluminum block and nitrogen passes through inside cool indirectly. A cryocooler as heat sink located at top recondense vapor coming from in which electrical heater installed source. main dimensions are determined using relevant analysis, successfully fabricated. temperature distributions measured during initial cool-down process steady state, modified Grashof numbers calculated compared with existing correlation estimated one-dimensional analysis state flow.
