摘要: Acute neuromuscular weakness in the intensive care unit is increasingly recognized. This often caused by one following disorders: critical illness myopathy, polyneuropathy, and prolonged junction blockade. These three disorders are focal points of this chapter which will relate their clinical, electrodiagnostic, pathologic features as well discuss pathogenesis controversies. However, potential subgroups major differential diagnosis ICU patient also discussed.
