摘要: Abstract As a response to environmental problems caused by plasticisers, the feasibility of replacing significant proportion plasticisers in synthetic ethylene-propylene-diene monomer copolymer (EPDM) matrix with bio-based materials was studied. In that context, different commercials such as Radia® supplied Oleon, methyl ester soybean oil, epoxidized oleate, linoleate and untreated vegetable oils (rapeseed, soybean, linseed tung) were tested. Diffusion analysis using bi-layers rheology method exudation highlighted an important phenomenon at 80 °C for all To overcome this problem, second part work focused on use specific highly reactive tung oil. The situ polymerisation oil thermal activation without catalysts allowed totally prevent increasing viscosity Compared pure degree greatly decreased, from more than 8% less 1%.
