摘要: A thermo-electro-hydro-dynamic model is developed to examine the effects of fluid slip on electrokinetic energy conversion in nanofluidic channels. The optimum devices performance dependent a figure merit defined terms hydrodynamic conductance, streaming and electrical conductance nanochannels. These phenomenological coefficients are all enhanced by as compared those without effects. net result an increased thus performance, particularly nanochannels with high ratio length channel height.
