Continuous Transverse Stub Antenna in PCB Technology

摘要: We introduce here a new continuous transverse stub (CTS) antenna architecture compatible with standard, low-cost printed circuit board (PCB) technology for in-package systems. This enables reduction of the cost, fabrication complexity and size module. The operates at E-band its design, experimental results are presented. To our knowledge, this is first time that applied to CTS antennas. measurement very promising: radiation patterns well-shaped, gain variation over 71-86GHz lower than 3dB maximum measured 17.2dBi.
