A comprehensive group decision-making method with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations

摘要: This paper investigates the group decision making (GDM) with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy (IVIF) preference relations (IVIFPRs). Considering maker’s (DM’s) risk attitude, new score and accuracy functions for an IVIF value (IVIFV) are defined a order relation is proposed to rank IVIFVs. By transforming IVIFPR into direct indirect IFPRs, additive consistency of considering uncertainty ambiguity. Combining IFPRs extracted from IVIFPR, algorithm designed determine comprehensive priority weights IVIFPR. For GDM IVIFPRs, multi-objective programming model constructed derive DMs’ by combining TOPSIS cross entropy, which solved Lagrange function method. Based on determination weights, IVIFVs, method IVIFPRs. Finally, ventilation system selection example analyzed verify effectiveness
