摘要: The mechanical and optical properties of the well known high polymers used in photoelasticity photoplasticity, that is polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) polycarbonate bisphenol A (PCBA), under static dynamic loads with intermediate loading rates (loading rate about 8*108 N m-2 s-1), were determined. applied to specimens by dropping a weight from various heights measured piezoelectric type transducer. above-mentioned materials determined using strain gauges, while measurements made means an interferometric technique. It was found ratio elastic moduli PMMA dynamical equal 0.80, PCBA this unity. Poisson's ratio, however, for aforesaid materials, had same value both kinds loading. Interesting results dependence stress-optical constants on time are also given.
