摘要: We describe a simple, effective approach to the creation of autologous tissue-engineered cartilage in shape human nipple by injecting reverse thermosensitive polymer seeded with chondrocytes an immunocompetent porcine animal model. A biodegradable, biocompatible copolymer polyethylene oxide and polypropylene (Pluronic F-127), which exists as liquid below 4°C polymerizes thick gel when it is exposed physiologic temperatures (body temperatures), was used vehicle for chondrocyte delivery scaffold guide growth. Autologous isolated from auricular elastic suspended 30% (weight/volume) Pluronic F-127 were injected on ventral surface pigs cells had been isolated. circumferential subdermal suture support contour implant assist its projection form nipple. After 3 weeks, skin over surrounding tattooed create appearance nipple-areolar complex. As controls, equal number injections made using either alone (not hydrogel), or hydrogel alone. 10 all specimens excised examined both grossly histologically. Before harvesting visual inspection chondrocyte-Pluronic sites revealed that they closely resembled female Nodules similar size, shape, texture at each injection site. Glistening opalescent tissue surgically Hematoxylin eosin, safranine o, trichrome blue, Verhoeff's stains experimental implants showed nodules characteristic histologic signs cartilage. Control exhibited no evidence formation. dissociated microscopic
