摘要: Calcium current types expressed in vertebrate spinal motoneurons have not been previously resolved. We resolved three chick limb identified by retrograde labeling and report that dramatic changes their expression take place during development vivo. T-, N-, L-type calcium currents were distinguished on the basis of kinetics, voltage dependence, unique pharmacological sensitivities. Developmental characterized studying isolated from embryos at stages spanning neuromuscular system development. T dominant earliest stage. Motoneurons 2 days older showed much reduced increased N L currents. suggest mature will be dominated N- may serve developmental roles.
