摘要: IV Moreover, in order to handle some unexpected failures of control methods’ execution or disturbances when the power system is already operated an emergency situation, process strategy designed this thesis manage progress whole protection real time. If there situation emerging, specific agents higher level will be activated solve problem. Such methods improve reliability proposed cope with more complex situations than planned. Finally, realize and testify thesis, a time simulation platform based on Real Time Digital Simulator (RTDS) LabVIEW built. In platform, cases cascaded blackouts are simulated test simplified from East Denmark system. For MAS system, distributed set up RTDS, while by toolkits. The case studies results demonstrate effectiveness application special scheme against blackouts.
