摘要: AbstractThe rationale for and effectiveness of extended dosage intervals aminoglycosides are reviewed. Aminoglycoside antibiotics have a prolonged postantibiotic effect against variety common Gram-negative Gram-positive organisms: higher serum aminoglycoside levels associated with longer increased bactericidal activity. Moreover once daily administration may reduce the potential adaptive postexposure resistance by allowing less contact time between bacteria antibiotic. A interval decrease risk nephro-and ototoxi-city. At least 33 published clinical trials suggest that once-daily conventional regimens involving shorter equally effective in patients normal renal function infections: besides, frequency toxicity or delay it.
