摘要: Nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of molecules dissolved in an oriented (nematic) solvent become exceedingly complex when the solute contain more than about eight nuclei. In this paper a technique for greatly simplifying proton by partial deuterium substitution is described. The decoupled irradiation at frequency corresponding to double quantum deuteron transition. Experimental details are presented, as well results obtained on partially deuterated cyclohexane. behavior function intensity and offset shown series experimental spectra, compared with computer simulated calculated theory presented companion paper. It that spectrum under can be tool assignment peaks.
