摘要: A method was developed to determine quantitatively nanogram amounts of mercury and arsenic in biological organic base materials. After neutron irradiation the sample a nuclear reactor, followed by chemical separation based mainly on distillation volatile compounds elements, are determined gamma spectrometry. The sensitivity limits about 5 x 10/sup -4/ ppm for -3/ when weighing 0.5 gram is irradiated 2 3 days thermal flux 12/ n/cm/sup 2/second. samples produced after usually high radiochemical purity. It therefore possible predict -5/ if performed higher flux, say few times 13/n/cm/sup 2/-second, certain improvements radioactivity measurement technique introduced. (auth)
