摘要: Several European studies have reported sleeping problems in 20-40% of the population. We used data from Population Study Women Gothenburg, based on medical examinations three different representative cohorts 38- and 50-year-old women 1968-1969, 1980-1981 2004-2005 to study secular trends sleep-related factors. The average sleep duration declined by about 15 min 38-year-old during 36 years observation. No corresponding change was observed among women.
