摘要: One of the most common problems associated with radiopharmaceuticals is an unanticipated or altered biodistribution, which can have a significant clinical impact on safety, scan interpretation, and diagnostic imaging accuracy. In their extreme manifestations, results may even compromise utility accuracy nuclear medicine studies. We present here overall summary biodistribution special emphasis molecular mechanisms involved. Important factors affecting be described in 5 major categories include (1) radiopharmaceutical preparation formulation problems; (2) caused by administration techniques procedures; (3) changes biochemical pathophysiology; (4) previous medical procedures, such as surgery, radiation therapy dialysis; finally (5) drug interactions. The 99m Tc are generally increased amounts radiochemical impurities, free TcO 4 − particulate colloids Tc-reduced hydrolyzed species. Faulty injection, dose infiltration contamination antiseptics aluminum during administration, cause artifacts. patient's own problems, abnormalities regulation hormone levels; failure function excretory organs systems, hepatobiliary genitourinary systems; simple conditions, excessive talking contribute to radiopharmaceuticals. Previous procedures (chemotherapy, therapy, dialysis) interaction some nontechnical responsible for radiotracers. This review provides comprehensive various specific examples illustrate significance
