摘要: The research investigated boron variability in space and time, using 450 groundwater samples from 75 representative wells the Safwan–Zubair area of Basra district, South Iraq, collected monthly January to June 2000, with also soil selected farms same area. Minimum maximum values concentrations range 1.49 9.49 ppm respectively. Boron concentration spatially occurs 90% frequency between 2 4 ppm, while 5% below 2 ppm is more than 4.0 ppm 9.0 ppm, where soluble 0.60 7.02 ppm. Soil 95% 6.0 ppm 6.0 ppm. results show that mostly depends upon irrigation water, cyclic differences sediment facies horizontally vertically, period precipitation (rainfall); i.e. wetting drying processes. indicate tha...
