摘要: Abstract The present global crisis has manifested itself in Spain with special force, but what is happening today its roots the recent economic and urban growth model. Whereas much been written on weakness of a model heavily based construction industry, little attention given to internal regulations, policies, social cultural factors which Spanish was embedded. The question insufficiently addressed by current debates therefore: extent Spain's result model? In this essay I argue that reveals particular interaction globalizing forces national local processes, characterized both specific structures incentives path-dependent traits. combination these goes some way towards an explanation housing bubble. This factors, however, makes outlook for aftermath bubble different from experienced United States. Resume La crise mondiale actuelle fortement affecte l’Espagne, mais ce qui se passe aujourd’hui tient au modele de croissance economique et urbaine. Alors qu’on beaucoup ecrit sur la faiblesse d’un fonde largement le secteur du bâtiment, ne s’est guere interesse aux reglementations internes, politiques publiques ou facteurs socio-culturels dans lesquels s’inscrit urbaine espagnole. La que les debats actuels n’abordent trop peu est donc : quelle mesure connait l’Espagne resulte-t-elle son socio-economique urbaine? Il affirme ici revele une particuliere des mondialisatrices avec processus nationaux locaux, caracterises uns comme autres par specifiques d’incitations economiques traits culturels tributaires chemins dependance. combinaison ces participe explication bulle logement.
