摘要: Background and Objectives von Willebrand’s disease (VWD) is a heterogeneous bleeding disorder caused by quantitative or qualitative defects in Willebrand factor (VWF). The diagnosis of VWD requires several laboratory tests. aim our study was to validate flow cytometric test for the monitoring effects desmopressin therapy.Design Methods Flow analysis ristocetin-induced VWF binding platelets performed platelet-rich plasma (PRP) samples from patients with control subjects formalin-fixed presence controls. In 12 conducted before 1 hour after infusion. Results were compared VWF:Ag, VWF:RCo, VWF:CB, RIPA, PFA-100® skin time. Results Ristocetin-induced platelets, evaluated both cytometry-based assays, significantly reduced type1, 2A 2M as that healthy subjects. Patients type 2B showed but increased autologous PRP, similar RIPA. assessed assays correlated PFA100® time. infusion.Interpretation Conclusions measurement cytometry sensitive, simple rapid therapy. assay useful identification patients.
