摘要: The glasses in the system (100-x)TeO2-xCaCu3Ti4O12, (x=0.25 to 3 mol %) were fabricated. color varied from olive green brown as CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO) content increased TeO2 matrix. X-ray powder diffraction and differential scanning calorimetric analyses that carried out on as-quenched samples confirmed their amorphous glassy nature respectively. dielectric constant loss 100 Hz-1MHz frequency range monitored a function of temperature (50-400oC). (D) CCTO at all frequencies temperatures under investigation. Further, effective D found be independent 50-200oC range. value obtained for 1MHz was 0.0019 which typical low materials, exhibited near (NCL) 100Hz-1MHz electrical relaxation rationalized using electric modulus formalism. These may considerable interest substrates high circuit elements conventional semiconductor industries owing thermal stability.
