摘要: The Core 3 Research Programme of the Virtual Centre Excellence in Mobile and Personal Communications (Mobile VCE Core3) takes a generic approach for co-operation between mobile broadcasting network, such that solution is more widely applicable easily adopted by network operators, service providers customer owners.
