摘要: A method and system for initiating distributed restoration of a communications network following the failure one or more components. Restoration is conducted in fashion by all nodes network. When node detects segment connected to it, monitors its segments period time then sends message other indicating number it that have failed. receive messages, they compare count failed contained messages range counts failures detecting are locally stored on each node. By this comparison, can determine whether has quiesced relatively stable state outage. Once reached state, simultaneously initiate local process.
