摘要: Abstract Importance TNF-like cytokine 1A (TL1A) and its receptors, death receptor 3 (DR3) decoy (DcR3) are members of the TNF superfamilies proteins, respectively. They constitute a system that actively interferes with regulation immune responses may participate in pathogenesis autoimmune diseases. Objectives This review aims to present current knowledge on role TL1A/DR3/DcR3 pathophysiology rheumatic diseases, focus rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods An extensive literature search was performed PubMed database using following keywords: TL1A, 3, DR3, DcR3, TNFSF15, TNFRSF25, TNFSF6B. Studies were assessed selected view their relevance Conclusion The axis is novel pathway participates variety These molecules be promising therapeutic targets for inflammatory arthritis.
