摘要: A smart Voice Over LTE (VoLTE) application for allowing a wireless mobile device to select an appropriate access technology establishing voice call with target device, based on the capabilities of device. Selection client side allows interoperability VoLTE circuit switched network without requiring use gateway between and networks. If is only configured legacy calls, need not begin connection instead may establish from beginning.
