摘要: Frying is one of the most common processes in households, restaurants and food industries. During frying, oil undergoes degradation hence has to be replaced time time. This creates large amounts waste causing disposal environmental problems. Sophorolipids are produced by microbial bioconversion refined vegetable oils along with glucose. The raw material cost accounts for 10–30% overall biosurfactant production that can reduced using a low substrate like frying oil. In present work, were used sophorolipids at shake flask level. It gave mainly (70–80%) acidic form sophorolipids. was observed linoleic acid preferentially consumed over other fatty acids organism (Starmerella bombicola). activated earth treatment found improve yield convert as into effective carbon source.
