摘要: This study was aimed at identifying the feasibility of using prairie cordgrass (Spartina pectinata) in processes methane fermentation. Effectiveness anaerobic process including quantity and composition biogas produced reaction kinetics determined based on respirometric measurements. Fermentation run under mesophilic conditions initial tank loading with a feedstock organic compounds ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 g o.d.m./dm · d. Experiments were divided into two stages, plant part being criterion division. At stage I, model fermentation tanks fed assumed quantities pre-treated aerial (roof), whereas II underground (root) cordgrass. Before exact decomposition, substrate subject mechanical disintegration ball grinder. For comparative purposes, maize silage (Zea mays) main used agricultural works, same (stage III). The demonstrated that effectiveness directed influenced by type tasted. highest technological effects production its qualitative noted case Significantly lower gaseous metabolites anaerobes when exploited biomass test plant. course final outcomes also directly affected applied matter.
