摘要: Cells undergo various stable changes in structural and functional properties a variety of situations. Several chapters this volume discuss such the circumstances mechanisms associated with their occurrence. Stable cells are generally based on modifications at level DNA. Five kinds known: (1) elimination DNA sequences; (2) amplification selected (3) rearrangement segments, no loss or gain sequence; (4) methylation DNA; (5) transcriptional activity mediated by transcription factors.
