摘要: By way of introduction, this chapter provides a general overview the Ecosystem Management Decision Support (EMDS) system, including brief account its development history, key factors that have motivated development, and more central topics such as concepts, principles, functionality. We conclude with discussions on applications involving multiple spatial scales, ways in which technology can support modern planning process, critical design behind relative success experiences drawn from use system.
