Does procedural justice matter to youth? Comparing adults' and youths' willingness to collaborate with police

摘要: Public cooperation with police is essential for the effective management of crime and disorder. Understanding factors that shape young people's willingness to cooperate collaborate important because people are more likely than adults come into contact police. Research suggests use procedural justice encouraging adults' This study examines importance fostering youth collaboration Using survey data collected from 513 adolescents 2611 adults, results indicate in fact it adults. A theoretical explanation offered why this may be case implications determining how can foster better relationships will discussed.
