摘要: Abstract Wideband noise cancelling LNAs reported in recent literature consume very large power because of the additional stages required for cancelling. This makes them inappropriate portable applications. Based on this fact, design a low power, cancelling, wideband LNA is presented paper. To demonstrate proposed circuit, novel use popular current reuse architecture combination with cancellation technique presented. The aids obtaining necessary phase difference between signal and while providing optimization. paper presents detailed mathematical analysis modified input impedance, gain figure. designed UWB applications using 130 nm IBM CMOS process. simulation results demonstrated 3 dB bandwidth 2.35–9.37 GHz maximum forward (S21) 10.3 dB achieved minimum figure (NFmin) 3.68 dB. simulated referred third order intercept point (IIP3) 1 dB compression (P1dB) are found to be −4 dBm −12.55 dBm respectively. With supply 1.3 V, circuit consumes 9.97 mW only.
