摘要: Engorged females of the cattle tick, Boophilus annulatus (Say), and southern B. microplus (Canestrini), were dipped in emulsions, suspensions, or solutions 30 insecticides. The effect on estimated reproduction (ER. ER = g eggs/g × % hatch 20,000) was determined, percentage reductions afforded by several concentrations each insecticide analyzed log probit method. results presented terms insecticides affording 50% (IC50) 90% (IC90) inhibition reproduction. Rankings b, IC50 IC90 values for 2 species showed a highly significant statistical relationship. Also, ranking IC50, significantly related to same treatments applied as sprays cattle.
