摘要: Abstract The objective of this research was to investigate simultaneously biological and psychosocial risk factors in groups 187 male ischaemic heart disease (IHD) patients controls. Initially, a multivariate logistic regression used compare the two on 11 standard 7 suggested factors. model supported altogether 9 for IHD: 5 individual ones with sensitisation amongst them 4 interactions including synergistic one between neuroticism smoking. Next, principal component analysis all 18 (11 psychosocial) extract biopsychosocial 2 correlates IHD It concluded that coronary proneness plays an important role predicting IHD, even after taking into account main, most notably atherogenic, Two potential mechanisms pathogenicity have been suggested, alterations health related behaviours behaviourally evoked perturbations neuroendocrine responses. Moreover, presence psychobiological interaction smoking suggests involvement former factor sudden deteriorations flow due vasoconstriction. results implications are consistent present knowledge about developing IHD.
