摘要: Introduction: Chlamydia trachomatis is one of the most common sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in world. About 80% infected women are asymptomatic, while ascending such as pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) and resultant infertility due to fallopian tube occlusion manifestations. Due higher prevalence C. infection infertile than fertile importance screening for this different types infertility, study was undertaken compare two serologic ELISA methods diagnosis bacteria groups. Materials Methods: In cross-sectional study, participants included 233 attending Vali-e-Asr Infertility Clinic 225 Prenatal Emergency Labor Imam Khomeini Hospital. Each participant completed a researcher-devised questionnaire subsequently 2 mls peripheral blood serological studies 15 ml first catch urine (FCU) molecular detection germ through Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method were obtained. Results: PCR results showed 29 (13.8%) 19 (11.1%) pregnant with no significant statistical differences. Serological presence IgG 20 (8.6%) 11 (4.9%) IgM observed (0.9%) 4 (1.8%) Conclusion: The among by not significantly different. However, considering high specificity sensitivity PCR, it could be used noninvasive technique trachomatis, compared invasive sampling.
