摘要: Abstract Twenty-eight randomly selected patients with multiple sclerosis (M.S.) were typed in the mixed-lymphocyte culture test for a specific lymphocyte determinant LD-7a by means of homozygous stimulator cells. Nineteen (70%) positive, frequency much higher than 16% observed healthy individuals. Thirteen carried HL-A7, and all these which is significantly different (p=0·004) from about 56% this twenty-five normal HL-A7 positive Of remaining fifteen patients, six LD-7a, also (p=0·009) that negatives (three forty individuals).
