Fusarium Scirpi: Emended Description and Notes on Geographic Distribution

摘要: Several unusual cultures of Fusarium species were recovered from plant debris washed soil samples Broken Hill, Australia, in 1976 and 1977. Since the initial isolations, many more these have been other areas eastern Australia as well Cape Province, Republic South Africa, Transkei. Although several characters common with F. equiseti, they are not typical identified here scirpi. The original description scirpi is emended to include only those isolates that produce fusiform, obovoid, allantoid combinations shapes, 0-3-septate microconidia on characteristic polyphialides.
