摘要: Considerable progress in the field of early recognition processes cerebellopontine angle and internal auditory meatus has been made recent years thanks to development new audiological methods, improved vestibular function tests cisternography (Fisch Wegmuller, 1974; Mulch, 1978; Zollner et al., 1978). At present surgical technique aims at preserving facial and, if possible, cochlear nerve (House, 1961; Samii, 1979; Yasargil, Depending on tumor size, optimal removal is achieved either by transtemporal, translabyrinthine or lateral suboccipital approach.
