摘要: Oocyte ageing is a complex of processes that occur when matured in vitro oocytes are, after rea - ching the metaphase II stage, exposed to further culture. Aged remaining at stage undergo spontaneous parthenogenetic activation, or cellular death, through apoptosis (fragmentation) lysis. The key factor apoptotic pathway regulation c-Jun-N-terminal kinase (JNK), stress from mitogene-activated protein (MAPK) family. To investigate effect JNK inhibition on porcine ageing, cleavage rate, and embryonic development DNA fragmenta tion, pro-apoptotic Bax expression, we cultured for another 1-4 days presence inhibitor. significantly protected fragmentation (0% fragmented under vs. 13.4% control group, 2 nd day ageing) increased percentage parthenogenetically activated (82 vs 57.7%, ageing). 24 h was influ enced by as well. morula seven cultivation, aged inhibitor (42.5%) comparison an inhibitor-free medium (23.3%). signifi cantly suppressed 1 st but expression
