Measurement of refractive index change by surface plasmon resonance and phase quadrature interferometry

摘要: Abstract The phase difference change between the s and p polarization lights in surface plasmon resonance sensing systems is strongly influenced by refractive index of test sample. In this paper, change, measured common-path quadrature interferometry, can be used to estimate change. experimental results we obtain a stability 0.07°, resolving power for 6 × 10 −6 RIU. This method has advantages simple optical setup, being easier operate real time, low cost. addition, due arrangement, our also eliminate surrounding noise.
