摘要: The participation of children and adolescents in organized sports is increasingly popular widespread, with the public government focus on health benefits from regular physical activities being a contributing factor to this development. There epidemiological evidence that better levels fitness at young age decrease future mortality morbidity, but there also concern exposes higher risks musculoskeletal injuries which may influence long-term negatively. Injury incidence severity are high some child youth sports, most occur lower extremities. Throughout last two decades, have been an increasing number reports ACL among skeletally immature individuals. This chapter outlines potential rehabilitation as primary treatment until final decision made when patient has reached full skeletal maturity.
