摘要: The separation of X- and Y-bearing human spermatozoa by means Sephadex gel filtration was studied. Filtration performed with Lockes solution at room temperature. Smears semen smears the filtrate washed were stained fluorochrome Quinacrine. A fraction rich in X-bearing obtained. average number F-bodies detected before 38.8% whereas samples 4.7% 64.7% spermatozoa. concentration collected about 25% sample concentrations prior to filtration. It is assumed that immobile sperm cells are retained lack an active passage while most likely attached particles adsorption.
