摘要: Cutaneous vesicostomy was performed on 10 infants or young children with hydroureteronephrosis. The etiology of the upper urinary tract dilatation neurogenic bladder dysfunction secondary to myelodysplasia in 8, and severe vesicoureteral reflux sepsis 2. resulted marked improvement drainage appearance each child. When other methods managing underlying lower were deemed more appropriate, closed. proved be an effective, simple easily reversible means treating selected dysfunction.
