摘要: The fragmentation mechanism of the acylpentamine toxins 1–4 found in venom spider Agelenopsis aperta has been investigated detail. To identify origin two doublets unexpected fragment ions at m/z 129/112 and 115/98, three synthetic 15N-labeled analogs 5–7 have prepared subjected to CID on a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. It appears that doublet arises from an internal portion polyamine backbone after either transaminative Zip reaction or sequential quasi-molecular ion. second option proven by in-source experiments. detailed knowledge mechanisms is essential for correct characterization isomeric compounds, particularly coeluting compounds within complex mixtures such as venoms.
