摘要: Abstract A thiophene-rhodamine dyad (BYY) was easily synthesized as a fluorescence probe from 2-thiopheneacetic acid and N-(rhodamine-B)lactam-ethylenediamine. The showed high response speed sensitivity toward Fe3+ in ethanol/water (2/3, v/v, pH = 7.2), the limit of detection low 10−7 M. From Job's plot, mass spectrum, 1H NMR spectra theoretical calculation, 1:2 complex ratio Fe3+-probe obtained mechanism determined. Significantly, reversible binding BYY to achieved through strong affinity Na4P2O7, well antijamming abilities presence common metal ions. Moreover, cell-permeable could sensitively living cells with satisfying resolution.
