摘要: This paper describes a handling method of thin (∼200 μm in diameter), long (>meter) and fragile (breaking point: ∼2 μN) hydrogel microfibers liquid. By using fluid flow capillary, the fibers can be manipulated, clamped cut without damaging entangling (we termed “microfluidic handling”). microfluidic technique enables us to construct mechanical weaving machine for cell-encapsulating microfibers, resulting construction centimeter-scale woven 3D cellular structures. In addition, we demonstrated computer-controlled automatic indicating that would fundamental rapid reliable containing various types functional materials such as cells, bacteria, proteins nanofibers.
