摘要: Summary Erysimum latent virus (ELV) proved to be transmissible by Phyllotreta atra, P. nemorum, nigripes , and undulata. From them nemorum is a new discovered vector. The acquisition of the beetles was possible within feeding time less than 10 minutes. Because transmission could performed 30 60 minutes immediately after uptake there exists apparently no period in retention or persistence ELV species amounted up 3 days. Trials induce infectivity injection were unsuccessful. Aphis frangulae gossypii, Brevicoryne brassicae, Myzus persicae neither short nor long times. Field tests showed that are able spread under natural conditions.
