摘要: Four patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage were observed to have evidence of active bleeding when CT was performed within 6 hours onset. All four had elevated blood pressure on admission and long-standing, untreated essential hypertension. Three hemorrhages thalamic, one in the basal ganglia.
