摘要: In this pilot study, we describe a high-pressure incubation system allowing multiple subsampling of pressurized culture without decompression. The was tested using one piezophilic (Photobacterium profundum), piezotolerant (Colwellia maris) bacterial strain and decompressed sample from the Mediterranean deep sea (3044 m) determining community composition, protein production (BPP) cell multiplication rates (BCM) up to 27 MPa. results showed elevation BPP at high pressure by factor 1.5 ± 1.4 3.9 2.3 for P. profundum C. maris, respectively, compared ambient-pressure treatments 6.9 3.8 fold in field samples. BCM elevated (3.1 2.9 1.7 fold, respectively) treatments. After 3 days MPa, natural deep-sea dominated phylum genus Exiguobacterium, indicating rapid selection bacteria. future studies, our novel could be part an isopiestic chain, more accurate measurement activity which is important both modeling predicting efficiency oceanic carbon pump.
