摘要: Friction stir (FS) welds in Al alloys could be used as tailor welded blanks automotive industry. Tailor must exhibit adequate formability similar to that of the base material sheet. To evaluate FS for car body applications, a relationship between fracture limit strain plane deformation and microstructure was examined thin alloy 5052 The increased with increasing subgrain size zone. present study suggests excellent is attributed having both large grain low density dislocations sub-boundaries zone 5052.
