摘要: A number of plant species are used individually and in combination pastures for the grazing livestock. Temperate forages include grasses such as perennial ryegrass, tall fescue phalaris legumes white clover, red clover alfalfa. Tropical buffelgrass brachiaria cassia, siratro stylo. warm-season grass also important turf amenity purposes. In outbreeding forage ryegrass natural synthetic populations genetically heterogeneous show a high degree developmental plasticity. Strategies molecular marker development, genetic mapping, QTL detection assisted selection must be designed context these constraints. The current status technology with regard to selection, DNA profiling taxonomy is reviewed. development framework maps based on highly informative co-dominant markers (anchor RFLPs SSRs) described. Innovative strategies implementation will applied efficient systems order enhance breeding.
