摘要: Epilepsy surgery is primarily utilized for patients with medically intractable focal seizures. After localization, the aim to block seizurogenic effect of focus. In this selective overview, role and outcomes resective or lesional surgery, disconnection focus, neuromodulation seizure process are reviewed, as a corollary considerations using Gamma Knife radiosurgery control (see prior chapter).
