摘要: Prioritisation instruments were developed for patients on waiting list hip and knee arthroplasties (AI) cataract surgery (CI). The aim of the study was to assess their convergent discriminant validity inter-observer reliability. Multicentre validation which included orthopaedic surgeons ophthalmologists from 10 hospitals. Participating doctors asked include all eligible placed in procedures under during medical visit. Doctors assessed patients' priority through a visual analogue scale (VAS) administered prioritisation instrument. Information socio-demographic data health-related quality life (HRQOL) (HUI3, EQ-5D, WOMAC VF-14) obtained telephone interview with patients. correlation coefficients between instrument score VAS HRQOL calculated. For reliability self-administered questionnaire, hypothetic scenarios, sent via postal mail doctors. these scenarios intraclass coefficient (ICC) Correlations strong AI (0.64, CI95%: 0.59–0.68) CI (0.65, 0.62–0.69), moderate (0.39, 0.33–0.45) VF-14 (0.38, IC95%: 0.33–0.43). results analysis general as expected. Inter-observer 0.79 (CI95%: 0.64–0.94) AI, 0.63–0.95) CI. show acceptable establishing surgery.
